It's really important to Play It Safe By The Water, and we always do during camp activities such as kayaking and fishing on the Lady Northcote lake. Make sure you educate yourself before entering beaches, rivers and lakes. Always swim with a friend, and always supervise children around water.

The decision to temporarily close our camps to the general public and school groups has been made to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of staff, customers and the entire YMCA community. 21.01.2022 Recently, a group of 24 mostly Muslim women from diverse backgrounds including Somalia, Eritrea, Morocco and Turkey, got into the swing of things at a YMCA Lady Northcote Camp recently. The young women from The Huddle and North Melbourne Football Club including Fardosa (mid-air) and Amal, Sundus, Fatima and Zaham (readying for the high rope course) had a fun, empowering weekend.

It is called a Sensory Trail. Here is a video of one that I completed with my kids during the week. They love it, and have been getting out and doing it most days on there own accord. 01.01.2022 We had a blast today at Recwest Braybrook representing YMCA Lady Northcote and the wider YMCA camps network at the Multicultural Active Seniors Festival.
