To support awareness of Mental Health Week, we sat down with seven young people to talk about mental health and their experiences, and we will present one video each day this week. The Y is a platform for young people to share their issues and concerns. #mentalhealthweek #mentalhealth #theY #YMCA #YWeAreHere Trigger warning this series of videos discusses suicide and mental health.
