25.01.2022 In line with NSW Government measures to stop the spread of COVID-19, the Y NSW is using the Service NSW QR code system for entry into our facilities. As of Tuesday, 19 January 2021, new QR codes will replace existing ones in all Y NSW facilities and can be accessed at entry points. All customers who are currently required to scan the code, will continue to do so using the Service NSW code.... The code will link to your Service NSW app. To ensure the process is as smooth as possible, we strongly recommend you download the Service NSW app on your phone if you haven’t already done so. If you do not have a smartphone or encounter an error with the QR code on your phone, our friendly customer service staff are able to enter you into our facility manually. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you at the Y.

21.01.2022 IMPORTANT UPDATE: COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS As of the 2nd of January 2021, the Y NSW have updated our COVID-19 access policies in line with the latest Government advice. Key updates include:... Any person who resides in the Northern zone of the Northern Beaches of Sydney is not permitted to enter any Y NSW facilities until 11:59pm, Saturday 9 January 2021. All fitness gym class capacities have now been limited and capped in line with NSW public health orders as applicable, we apologise for any disrupted access due to reduced class sizes. All staff working in café and kiosk areas will now wear masks in centre. This will ensure you stretch the hamstrings, quadriceps, hip flexors, and inner thighs. Flexibility in all directions is key to your correct technique for many other skills in the gym.
