16.01.2022 Congratulations to our first Swim Star of the Month for November! Brooke struggled adjusting to a new centre and a new unfamiliar face in the water, but after several weeks of reluctance she has made an exciting breakthrough! It is so excellent to see Brooke now swimming independently in class with her teacher, focusing on the lesson activities and listening to her instructor. We look forward to watching her continue to progress her swimming skills and water confidence!

07.01.2022 Centre update We are excited to see the next level of restrictions ease this week. The ACT Government’s stage 3 restrictions will take effect this Friday 13th November 2020 from 9am onwards. All indoor gatherings can now be increased from 200 up to 500 people. ... Stromlo will now increase the capacity numbers within the pool hall and more swim sessions will now become available to book online. https://www.stromloleisurecentre.com.au/book/ As advised by ACT health, the one person per four square metre and social distancing of 1.5m still applies throughout the centre. All children 3 years & under are required to wear a swim nappy whilst swimming in our facility, including in swimming lessons. This is important that all patrons are following the policy, disposable swim nappies are available for purchase from our reception desk.
