11.01.2022 Not going to lie ..... gyms are closed being NYD so this home workout today was a massive struggle ..... but l have made a commitment to 2021 and NOTHING is going to stand in my way of achieving it If you want to achieve your best results then focus on these four things : SET A GOAL Make sure it’s a realistic timeframe and even set mini goals in the middle ...., tick them off a...s you achieve ....................... BE ACCOUNTABLE for the nutrition you put into your body ! Remember your body runs like a car you put good fuel in and it’s performance is enchanced! FOOD DIARY .........All of my most successful clients have got the best results by either writing their food down in a diary ... or using a fitness app to record , it’s amazing what you don’t realise you have ...or HAVEN’T consumed until it’s staring you in the face ! ............. PLAN your exercise and stick to the routine be FOCUSED , be COMMITTED and soon the whole routine will be a habit you DONT want to break ! .......... Quick easy and yummy Ingredients : 2 whole eggs & 1 egg white 2 handfuls Woolworths rainbow shredded carrot , broccoli & beetroot Diced onion Fresh spinach leaves Virgin Olive oil spray mixed herbs to taste Spray pan cook 2 handfuls spinach leaves till reduced down , then add egg mixture with rainbow slaw and onion over top to form omelette Cook for 3 min each side flipping once and serve Can add a small amount of Himalayan rock salt and pepper also .........ENJOY !!! #healthyliving #healthyfood #nutritioncoach #yummy

02.01.2022 I survived the triple threat today Taught 3 classes back on board after a xmas break !
