19.01.2022 When things don't go as planned The experience of working with the bottles is something that I really cherish: today was interesting to say the least... When we identify ourselves with our achievements and our successes we don't seem to question things too much: it feels right and we feel right.... At times there is a plot twist, a change of plan, something that you didn't see coming and the questions arise especially regarding our own self: what have I done wrong, am I not good enough yet and so forth. here is the choice hence the power: we can bury our head in the sand and blame someone/something for it OR we can still love ourselves unconditionally, heal those patterns that bring us to believe we are not enough at some level and give back some peace to ourselves.

16.01.2022 THE EVOLUTION OF CONSCIOUSNESS Consciousness has been evolving since 13 billions years - a lot of zeros - and we might be aware of this process or not; to wrap this idea around my human head I call this evolving process: the FLOW. As humans we have navigated from a necessities (body) level of consciousness to a mind (ego) level over the last few thousands years.... The 'selfie' culture, the entitlement attitude that we are all experiencing is a manifestation of the resistance to transition from the ego level to the heart level. Consciousness will continue to evolve and by stepping out of this FLOW we experience pain and suffering. By opening up to this Heart level of consciousness we step into the FLOW and we surf through a realm of energies which will lead us the a new era.

15.01.2022 I love researching... finding about crystals throughout history are endless... The ancient Greeks referred to quartz as ‘krustallos’ meaning ‘icy cold’ as they believed the Clear Quartz was a form of permanent ice, so cold it would never thaw. The Japanese word for Clear Quartz translated roughly as ‘perfect jewel’ because they believed it symbolised space, purity and patience. In both Australia and South America one of the creation myths involves a cosmic serpent who is the... creator of life and who was lead by a Clear Quartz crystal. To some of the cultures of central and Southern America Clear Quartz was seen as a vessel, like an urn for the spirits of their ancestors. This was the origin of the practice of carving Clear Quartz into skulls for use as religious talismans. In Scotland and Ireland Clear Quartz was carved into spheres and used for healing and crystal balls are used by fortune tellers. 11.01.2022 The experience with Aura-Soma never stops to amaze me: if we assume that the concept of time is only a mind construction, then we can finally let go of all the ...attachments that weight us down - all the memories (good and bad), the failures and the victories - and when all the layers are peeled away there is only ONE flow... Disconnecting from that flow is what causes pain. In everything that do you, in every moment tune in with that flow in your unique ways... and then PEACE comes about.

Seeing our beautiful planet as a living organism is not a "New Age" idea anymore: The Earth (Gaia) has been played with the process of LIFE since 4.5 ...billion years.. that is 4,500,000,000 years and the average human life is 75 years (no zeros). So LIFE was here before us and will still be here way after us. Here is the choice: fall into the natural life process and embrace it for what it is, or fall out of it, thinking that somehow you matter more and LIFE will bend to your will, desire and dreams. Every imbalance is addressed by the planet with weather events, earthquakes, drought, flood, geological eras and the final goal is to preserve life in some shape or form; every imbalance is addressed by the body with niggles, pain and eventually serious disease...
