11.01.2022 For 22 years, with some exceptions iv eaten my dinner 5.30/6 pm. It started when I was training to be a yoga teacher because to be on my mat at 4.30am requires a 8pm bedtime. The habit stuck even though Im no longer in bed at 8, it make me feel great . Not so easy when socialising , my friends give me a hard some over it , but sometimes you just have to do whats right for you & sometimes you have to go with the flow & make exceptions. The health benefits are numerous.

To a trained yoga eye the alignment of the legs are challenged when extended,by tight hip flexors, But they aid the abdominals with control in lowing and raising in & out of this posture. Love having my companion Molly while I play.
