12.01.2022 We wouldn't use pages from the Bible to decorate our bathroom or chant random Aramaic mantras without knowing their meaning, so why do we do it with yoga? Respe...cting yoga's origins and the people who kept it alive for millenia is an important way of honouring it and keeping the full tradition alive. Care for sacred images the way they are meant to be cared for and research their original meaning. Do not put Buddhas on the floor. Yoga is not just a form of exercise, it is a system of healing and a path to awakening.
