19.01.2022 I saw this last night on seven news, gave me motivation that YES walking does really count. The number of steps we do each day counts towards a happier healthier life. I'm going to Clip on my pedometer get creative and and start walking. No Excuses!!!!!

08.01.2022 Christmas is a busy and for some a stressful time of year. I loved this inspiration because there are times when taking a step away from all of the stress and focus on what brings YOU the true meaning of Christmas from within your heart. For me it's sharing the day with the most important people in my life, MY FAMILY

01.01.2022 To kick off creating a healthy lifestyle I thought I'd take the 10,000 step a day challenge. I went and bought a pedometer and off I went. I sit at a desk for half of the week and was astounded to view that by lunch I only done a very poor 1500 steps. I quickly realise that at lunch I was going to walk and walk I did, as many steps as I could. When I got home I was still couple thousand steps down, so I decided that it was Ruby's ,my dog, lucky day and we walked together for the final two thousand steps.. We did it!!! 10,000 steps.
