22.01.2022 Today Monday 30st January 2012 we started our yoga classes for this year, it was great, tranquillity and peace was around us. Namaste Mirtha

21.01.2022 End of year yoga sessions: Tuesday 17th December 9.30am and Friday 27th December 5.30pm We will resume next year as usual, if you hold cards or pending sessions you are welcome to use them at your earliest convenience.... Coming soon stay tuned...we will run WEEKEND RETREATS suitable for all levels, including yoga and meditation practice and connecting with nature (affordable costs).

18.01.2022 Exciting times ahead!. After 6 years on the previous location and sharing Tao kung Fu Academy venue, we moved along with them to, 79 Edgeworth Av. Wahroonga, at walking distance of Hornsby Shopping Centre, Waitara and Wahroonga rail stations. Yoga will be on as usual on Tuesdays 9.30am to 10.45am
