25.01.2022 No class at Vacy for Good Friday! May you have a safe and peaceful Easter break. Classes resume in Dungog on the 20th April, (the evening class will begin again when Bingleburra road is open) and Vacy on 21st April.

21.01.2022 Live yoga classes are suspended for 3 weeks while I mourn the timely, peaceful passing of my beautiful, kind, generous and loving Dad, Denis Cavanough, pictured here helping 2 year old me in Virasana! Classes will resume 15th September. namaste donna

19.01.2022 This class is delicious, especially if you're crouching over a computer. By the way you don't HAVE to be a beginner to do the beginner classes! In fact ... the beginner mind, as they call it, can suit everyone.

18.01.2022 Hello dear yogis. Due to widespread flooding I'm unable to run Dungog classes tomorrow. (And if the forecasts are accurate, Vacy on Wednesday is looking unlikely too!) May we all be safe. Hope to see you next week! If you're going to miss your practice, feel free to dip into my yoga channel. This link will take you there https://www.youtube.com/cha/UC9-Vbc4lbbgm3cgcN-qu85A/videos. There are gentle and stronger classes, and a beginner's course. They're free. Namaste. Donna.

18.01.2022 Looking forward to seeing everyone back at class this week. namaste donna

15.01.2022 After our joyous 5 morning intro to 2021, and thanks everyone who could come, John and I are off for a couple of weeks. Yoga in Dungog and Vacy resumes as per our regular schedule in early February.

15.01.2022 The latest is a fairly strong class with a couple of focuses - building your base, and opening your upper body. Please enjoy!

14.01.2022 A little video for an easy posture with wonderful benefits.

13.01.2022 This one is more active and will especially suit all you forward bendies - it's not a super strong class but do be prepared to use some equipment if you have it. https://youtu.be/4c6yzD31Dps And remember, the emphasis is on finding eeeeeeease.

11.01.2022 So how do you work those feet in yoga? Here's an idea or three.

08.01.2022 Lots of movement, strengthening, core, reaching, a kind of lovely compendium class. This will suit most of my students and if there's anything you think you aren't quite up to, well, use your awareness and take it a little easier. Love to hear how you feel about this one!

04.01.2022 Yoga classes resume tomorrow in Dungog and Vacy on Wednesday, looking forward to seeing you! Remember to BYO your own equipment - Mat is essential, blankets are a comfort and blocks and strap for fun! This term NSW government requires you to check in using the QR code so remember your mobile phone!... Say well Namaste

04.01.2022 Hi. Thanks so much to Dungog Council and Vacy School of Arts Hall Committee for getting the hall up and running for classes! Which begin tomorrow. Covid safe of course. Please bring your own mat and two blankets. Remember the hall is cold at this time of year. Hope to see you there.

04.01.2022 Alert your "never done yoga" friends that this term I'm making the on-line YouTube videos as an intro course. Will suit anyone who's never done yoga. First one went up last week. Lesson two has just gone up. Here's lesson one. https://youtu.be/wWlmTHR4aO4

04.01.2022 At this stage, although Dungog classes are cancelled today, it's looking OK for Vacy tomorrow.

03.01.2022 Fingers crossed live classes will resume in Dungog & Vacy from July 21 usual days and times with BYO equipment and social distancing of course. Until then enjoy my classes on Youtube!
