25.01.2022 Hi all, Classes will be running throughout the Easter School Holidays. As always , classes are open to all levels and abilities. See you on the mat!!



25.01.2022 At Yoga on the River Innisfail we promote & value everyone’s health & well being & are taking extra precautionary measures with regard to social distancing, cleanliness & hygiene of all yoga equipment & surfaces. To protect our Yoga Community we are working in line with Government guidelines including the following:- 1. We are increasing the space between mats for the purpose of social distancing requirements. 2. We request that you do not attend class if you are unwell o...r experiencing flu like symptoms. 2. Self isolation for 14 days if you have been overseas helps protect everyone especially the vulnerable. 3. Please wash your hands thoroughly before attending classes. 4. Please bring your own mat or at the very least bring your own yoga towel to cover our mats. We appreciate your assistance & believe these proactive measures will help protect all. The calming influence, immune support & stress relief benefits of yoga are more relevant than ever, we look forward to seeing you soon. Namaste Sue

22.01.2022 Recharge your body every morning (or if you prefer evening) by adding a minimum of 5 Sun Salutations to your daily practice follow up with the 5 Rites. These will energise your body, improve flexibility & strength, aid weight loss, release tension & stress. Try to work with your breath to keep a steady pace. Namaste Sue

13.01.2022 Due to COVID-19 we are required by the Queensland Government to now wear a mask in indoor recreation spaces (this includes us) until further notice. Once again hand sanitiser is readily available on entry to the studio and mat spacing will be increased. Please bring your own mat and mask to class. Namaste Sue

11.01.2022 Hi All We are extremely happy to be resuming Yoga Classes starting this week Tuesday & Thursday 5.45pm to 7.00pm. Social Distancing requirements are still in place so there will be increased spacing between mats. If you have a mat please bring your own or bring a towel & use ours. The studio has had a thorough clean and we are ready for action.... Namaste Sue

01.01.2022 Hi All we are really excited about resuming our Classes with you as soon as the Government eases COVID-19 Restrictions. This looks likely to happen in Stage 2, commencing mid June for indoor activities.
