14.01.2022 FREE TERM 4 MUMS AND BUBS YOGA 9.30-10.30am starts 06/10/20 Tuesday -Seven Hills Hub Wednesday - Hawthorne Park... -Please wear sunscreen and insect repellent before and perhaps during the session. -Keep hydrated during and after the session -If you are unwell or show any symptoms of any illness, infection or anomaly including cough, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath, or had contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected of having Coronavirus in the 14 days before getting sick, please do not attend our activity and seek medical testing, treatment or advice. -Maintain social distancing laws of 1.5 meters at all times before during and after the session. For this reason there will be no hands on adjustments or supports nor will any of the activity require breaking the distancing. -You are required to bring your own equipment (mat/towel, pen). There must be no sharing of anything between participants. Please be mindful not to touch anything or anybody and should this occur please utilise your own hand sanitisation methods.
