This restorative pose is excellent for grounding and nourishing for all your internal organs and when infused with reiki energy becomes absolutely blissful. Healing the whole body, emotions, mind and spirit. Treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you l love reiki energy so much and would love to share it with you. 17.01.2022 Wow where has this year gone? Given the latest announcement it looks like I’m not teaching yoga face to face till next year now. That said, I’ve got two more weeks of zoom yoga classes tomorrow night 7-8.15pm and next week. I will do more next term. Stay posted as I may do a restorative class via zoom soon as well. So sorry and I wish I could finish the term but as the world is going into isolation I feel its best to stay home, rest up and keep calm. I see this as an opportunity to deepen into your own home practices, and be grateful we can slow down and stay in the present moment. Keep posted for on line yoga classes. 05.01.2022 Hari Aum Everyone it’s time for me to close my doors again. I’m taking 2 weeks off. I will not be running my Boolarra yoga classes and chair yoga in Mirboo North for 2 weeks. So sorry. It was hard for me to make the call. It’s strange times in Victoria at the moment and I’m feeling the need to withdraw from the world and go back into my spiritual cave. I will be working on some new YouTube yoga videos, chair yoga, yoga videos for students and a new yoga Nidra meditation. I will see you all on the other side. 05.01.2022 Life is great letting go of my dreads after 10 years... feeling light and free I feel 2020 will be a fun, creative, nurturing and uplifting year and Im looking forward to bringing that energy into my classes. I would like to thank all the beautiful people who have supported me this year and a special thank you to all the people who came to my yoga retreats days and reiki infused restorative session this year. Ive enjoyed every moment with you all. Hope you had a lovely Christmas with family and friends looking forward to seeing you next year in classes... xoxoxo

I am hoping you have all had a fantastic time over Christmas and New Years and are starting to get that feeling that its time to start back into a routine of wellness with your yoga practices again.
