A valuable works...hop where your child will learn to connect with their community, nature and themselves through yoga and craft. 23.01.2022 We’re back Surf Club Yogi’s!!!! Yoga with Joy at Albany Surf Life Saving Club recommences this Wednesday the 5th of August at 6am. PLEASE NOTE: You will now be required to bring your own mat or beach towel to practice on as there will be no share mats to borrow. You can pick up a thin one from Kmart, or I do have new studio quality ones (6mm) for sale at $35 if you need one. *Message me to organise a studio one if your interested. Also due to COVID-19 regulations you will no...w be required to sign in twice. First at the bottom of the stairs for ASLC, use the hand sanitizer provided before coming up stairs for yoga, and then at the bar on the Yoga with Joy sheet. See you all there...Woo Hooo !! 20.01.2022 My deepest apologies dear Yoga with Joy at Albany Surf Club students....all my Wednesday morning classes will be officially suspended until further notice due to the latest ruling from the Australian Government and the Health Authorities. I will keep you updated when classes resume, and I hope that we as a community can continue to support each other with calm, compassion and love in our hearts. Love and kindness Joy

11.01.2022 Hi Surf Club Yogi’s, great news yoga is recommencing on Wednesday 20th May at 6am....but...please read the whole blurb as there are some temporary changes to the class. We can recommence yoga again on Wednesday mornings...but... due to responsible COVID19 Safety Plans put in place by Albany Surf Club we will be unable to recommence in the club room until September. So I will be teaching out of the Albany Yoga Room on Wednesday mornings until then. (I have the ocean music a...nd some sand ready to sprinkle around to create the ambiance.) There will be no member discount sorry while I’m not teaching out of the surf club and the 1 hour class price will be at the general class price of $15 per student. Due to the large numbers of this class I would also love you to give me an idea if you will be recommencing with a ‘yes’ message below so I know if I need to make it a bookings only class as numbers will be limited to 14 students and 1 teacher / me only, due to social distancing requirements. You will also have to supply your own mat, due to COVID19 restrictions, and what ever equipment you will need to make your practice comfortable...blanket, block, strap etc. See you soon.. 10.01.2022 Just a heads up to my Albany Surf Life Saving ‘clubbies’ yoga students. If you are heading up from training tomorrow morning for some post training yoga..... Access through the junior section in the lower level of the club will be closed off and you will have to access the second floor through the front doors. See you all tomorrow at 6am...

03.01.2022 Thanks everyone for yoga’ing out on the balcony this morning, and embracing the fresh awesome start to the day down at Albany Surf Life Saving Club. When life throws you a curve ball be ready and open to change it could be awesome.....and you were all awesome, the best Sun Salutations ever, topped off with a spectacular view, you all rock!! PS we will be back inside next week
