17.01.2022 Exciting news! This coming school holidays yoga xo will be running a foundations workshop from 6-8pm on the 13th of July. In this foundations workshop you will expand on your knowlege, focusing on the most common asanas from an XO class learning basics of alignment and flow technique to safely practice and enjoy the vinyasa XO style. You will learn ways to modify postures with the use of props as well. The workshop will finish off with some conversation and yummy Bliss Balls... courtesy of I AM FOODS.
