Not only do they help to restore and maintain mobility in the spine, they also encourage the flow of fresh oxygenated blood to the organs in the mid section. 04.01.2022 NEW CLASS | MID-MORNING PILATES From the 29th June, you can join us each Tuesday at 9:15am for our new Pilates x Stretch Class. 45 minutes of Pilates to strengthen & tone the core, glutes, thighs, back & arms... 15 minutes of deep stretching to lengthen out & relax Beginner friendly - everyone is welcome MUMMAS you are welcome to bring your little ones along to this class. Please note, we don't offer a creche service so you will be fully responsible for your child (I'll help out where I can).
