25.01.2022 NEW HAPPY PLACE. I never would have thought I’d do so much filming. I never would have thought I’d be sharing support tools for pregnant women and new mums on the reg. 17.01.2022 2020. The year of great highs and shaky lows. From serious ‘what the’ moments and the greatest of joys . If I’ve learnt anything this year it is that all the power is within and when I continue to harness that, I feel more me, full of joy and possibility. I’ll endeavor to enjoy this (never ending?) practice of getting steady from within... especially when everything appears to be upside down. Here’s to 2021.

15.01.2022 Play a little. Rest a lot. Meditate often. Smile just because. Practice for joy. Practice for you. Practice just cause you want to. I can often find myself thinking I should, I could, or I must to be a certain way, to hit a certain standard. But really all I need to do is just be as I am. And embrace the journey of ups and downs and round and round. (And most probably never nailing a cartwheel.) ... We want to feel steady in order to feel free. We want to feel free so we can be more steady. To me, steadiness is how grounded can I remain no matter what is happening around me? How can I acknowledge worldly pain but remain fluid for change?... 13.01.2022 Peace, love & all the joy. Time out to be, reflect and process all that has changed to date. We hold so much without even realizing. Planning a wedding and running a business in the midst of Covid has been an experience to understand my human nature. It’s been a journey to process patterns of what could happen and trust what will be. Having some down time has reminded me to lean into my feeling state each day, trust the process of being in flow, and that change reall...y is the only constant. What I worry about today can shift as quickly as tomorrow. When I keep my state grounded I can respond to the world around me with a clearer vision and steadier hands for creation. 05.01.2022 Looking out at this time I am amazed that we are in a pandemic, that we are moving through it, that we have this capability to grow and change and expand as we need to. As humans, we are always seeking out a place of balance and integration. We are programmed to connect with our surroundings and build foundations for steady living. I can get a little nervous with what’s to come and if I am doing enough right now when things are still unknown... so my practice is allow...ing my presence to be in my body in this moment to build strength from within.
