I feel there may be much good that comes out of 2020 - it has been an amazing year of challenges so lets develop the mindset, the resilience and the faith in God which we need to cling too especially now. 17.01.2022 In preparation for future shutdowns due to Covid-19 I have created a FB group for members of Yoga & Beyond (Those with a current pass) That way if we are locked down I can post videos for you to make do your classes with me . You need to ask to join the group page and I will accept people with a current pass .. I think thats how you do it

I will be taking a 6 week break then returning Mid January hopefully with another evening class due to great Demand . When 10 are permitted Monday and Tuesday morning at Bonnyrigg will open up and when council reopens its halls Monday nights , Friday mornings and kids yoga will be back . Meanwhile I am going to focus on meditation , breathing , walking and stretching and plentiful sleep and veggies as my health pill

07.01.2022 Yoga - stretch - Pilates Classes are on as usual for now ( except Cecil Hills Friday morning ) If gyms are asked to close we will still continue and the classes will change to meditation and healthy lifestyle courses and people who have passes will also have access to YouTubes I will make for you .
