10.01.2022 If you are looking for a retreat, this one is fantastic. Lulu leads five days of solid asana practice, pranayama, and restorative. The food is amazing and provides the perfect sustenance when working hard on your mat. There is usually a lovely social group attending if you want to meet new people, and Byron is divine in winter. The perfect combo!
