Tickets: https://hillsfilmscreening.eventbrite.com.au We are very excited to welcome Jonathan Moylan as our guest speaker. Jonathan is one of Australia's most recognisable environment defenders and has been campaigning on coal issues for 10 years. Born and raised in the Hunter Valley, Jonathan has witnessed the impacts that coal mining can have on communities first hand. Jonathan is a co-founder of Frontline Action on Coal and spent years living in the Leard State Forest in where he helped hold up the Maules Creek coal mine project. In 2013 Jonathan made headlines in Australia and around the world when he issued a hoax press release saying the ANZ bank had pulled its funding to the Maules Creek mine on ethical grounds . Jonathan is currently a coal campaigner at Greenpeace Australia Pacific, where he works on coal exports and finance.
