For December, let's learn more about HOT FLOW. With the studio set at 36*C, the hot flow setting makes for a challenging practice, but there are so many benefits from the heat: it encourage blood flow and increases your flexibility, promotes healing of soft ti...ssues and joints, aids detoxification and creates a practice that is deeply cleansing. An exhilarating workout which builds physical coordination and mental focus, those practicing are encouraged to deepen their understanding of the body, breath and its limits. It's truly invigorating when you complete a class. Don't forget, both men and women can join our studio!
