12.01.2022 I've just uploaded the Floor Piriformis stretch (variation to the Chair version). Looks a lot like our Pigeon in Yang Yoga / Swan in Yin Yoga!!! This is a great technique you can get your students to do whilst IN PIGEON ( or SWAN)... It fatigues the external rotators (Piriformis especially) and will help build strength at this further point of stretch while ALSO extending the range of motion and reshaping & remodelling the fascia! Only needs to be done 2 x a week (every fe...w days). Think of it like weight lifting - You are breaking down the muscle tissue of the body and it takes a few days to rebuild that muscle tissue.
