04.01.2022 At this weeks' Yoga teacher Training (Sunday between 2pm and 4pm) I will be sharing with you my explorations into THE YOGA OF HEMP (not marijuana), and how this will effect your restorative yoga class, and clients who exhibit Hypermobility. You all know that i have worked long and hard to bring Hypermobility to your attention, and I think Hemp Oil (not hemp seed oil) could be a missing link to management and in some, recovery. I can only pass on what i have researched and experienced, but i am sure you will be surprised and delighted. Do come. It is $20 for my yoga teacher trainees and graduates and $30 for visitors. Park on the gravel and my nature strip at 37 Morris Road, Woodend... not in front of the neighbours driveways. Look for the flags and the buddha.
