04.01.2022 Love to see you on the mat Tuesday 29th October 7pm. Class will start with a beautiful Bhramari Pranayama 5 minute meditation. A simple, soothing and tremendously therapeutic breathing exercise. Bhramari is a humming pranayama. On the exhalation a low to medium humming sound is made, the lips are gently closed and the hum lasts the entirety of the exhalation. Because the exhalation is lengthened, relative to the inhalation the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, brin...ging a greater sense of calmness and relaxation. Bhramarai is key for directly calming the super busy mind as the vibration and sound allows the mind to settle with relative ease. We will then move into an asana flow, another Bhramari meditation and finally Svasana... Bhramari is bliss Barbarah White Dudman
