11.01.2022 Good morning just reminding you all that there will be no Thursday morning 9:30 am class for the next 12 weeks as I will be running classes at Kegworth. Sorry for the inconvenience.

10.01.2022 Hey everyone just want to let you know that the timetable will be different during the school holidays so please go to the web page to make sure that the class you're attending is running. Also Thursday 9:30 am will not run for the next 14 weeks have a yoga session at Kegworth next term.

10.01.2022 Please note there is no Monday 6 am class on December 15. The only classes running next week are Tuesday 7:30 pm, Wednesday 6:15 pm and the last class for 2015 is Wednesday 7:30 pm. All classes resume the week starting February 2, 2015.
