24.01.2022 Term 2 bookings are opening soon. Its important you keep practicing what grounds and calms you, and we want to keep you doing just that. If youve been unwell or need to isolate and reschedule your classes, you wont be penalised!
24.01.2022 In these uncertain times, keep breathing and practicing your Yoga. Our smaller classes mean theres more space to continue exercising safely. Not feeling well? Students will not be penalised for cancelling or rescheduling due to sickness during this time. Classes will carry over into Term 3 if you need to cancel in time due to illness or need to isolate. In keeping all of us healthy and safe, please bring your own mat to class. Weve got soap and hand sanitiser at the studio... and downstairs.
