21.01.2022 Yoga Australia's event for Saturday, 24 April is on the subject of "Understanding Trauma + Benefits of Yoga." This workshop, presented by Chris Thompson-Lang, will centre around understanding our neuro-biological adaptations to survival, how trauma experiences can change our brains, our behaviour and entire life experience. The talk will explore how yoga can facilitate a great self-awareness, self-control and the cultivation of inner contentment. This event is free for members and $45 for non-members.
