21.01.2022 We had a lovely Nurture You Yoga Session yesterday at Bowen Street Community House which focused on poses for digestion and nurturing our body and system. Some of the poses included, Bridge Pose (pumping legs), Forward Fold, Seated Twists, Superman and some balance poses to calm and rebalance. Looking forward to our Yin Yoga Session on Zoom this Wednesday at 7pm where we will continue to explore yin poses for digestion, calming and balancing. 05.01.2022 Our yoga practice this week for my "Nurture You" program is all about our heart centre. As we are coming up to Mother's Day it is time to reflect on all matters related to the heart. Join us on Sunday at the Bowen Street Community Centre at 3pm for an hour of heart felt yoga and connection. BYO mat, rug, pillow or cushion. 01.01.2022 I have recently been to a beautiful retreat in the Currumbin Valley at Eden it was amazing. One of my big takeouts was the need for us to stop, enjoy nature and breathe. It’s an exciting time as I am planning a new program that will help you do just that . I will reveal more as we approach the launch date. Enjoy this wonderful day!
