17.01.2022 Here we go again guys! In light of the new latest restrictions we are not able to gather for our Thursday night Yoga joy for the next TWO WEEKS. Bah Humbug to Covid! It is possible however that i may be able to teach a couple of nights a week in the meantime from my home studio as it is an open space outdoors and not fully enclosed. Please inbox me if this would interest you.. I will also be posting a few little videos on my own yoga page 'Blissful Soul Yoga' to keep people ...going in the meantime at home. 07.01.2022 How beautiful tonight to practice Restorative yoga at sunset! With the doors open,we had the sound of the ocean and the smell of the salty sea breeze! We just managed to time coming out of svanasana to watch the sun disappear over the ocean! Gratitude at it's best.

Firstly to Natalie for trusting in me taking over her classes and to all of you who have continued to come along and support our Thursday night classes! I get the warm and fuzzies every time i lock up the Sailing Club! Thanks for all the support, the laughter and embracing the quirky manner in which i teach! Our yoga community is growing and it is an absolute joy to see you all each week! Have a great weekend everyone!... Namaste

04.01.2022 ***The Blissful Garage is opening**** I'm ready! Finally i have the courage! My home studio will be opening December 1st! I will be teaching a weekly class on TUESDAYS 6.30PM! Tunes, giggles, friends and yoga self care in the comfort and friendly setting of my garage/garden in Seaford Meadows! $12 casual drop in... $50 for a 5 class pass or $85 for a 10 class pass Passes can be used at both the Blissful Garage and at Christies Sailing Club! My Blissful Soul Yoga App will be available shortly to book and pay for classes online! I cannot wait to invite you into my home where we can build a yoga family!!!
