14.01.2022 Hello yogis. For the moment, our studio is still operational and timetable as normal - this may change in time. Please don't come to the studio if you are feeling unwell or have have recently returned or had contact with people returning from overseas. We are limiting class numbers to 8 people so you all have adequate personal space. We are no longer using blocks/straps /eyepillows and ask that you bring a clean towel to place on bolsters or cushions of you use them. Pleas...e bring your own mat if you have one. If you use a studio mat wash your hands before you use and use the disinfectant spray after use to wipe down. In the event we close for a while, we will come up with a solution for online presence and continued sharing of this practice of honouring as movement. We encourage a strong breath work practice to support your lungs at this time, to stay strong and connected to community. Much love to you all. See more

07.01.2022 Hello studio yogis, we're going to adhere to the call to close yoga studios as advised by our association and to support the call to stay at home except for essential trips. It's all so strange right now. Blessings to everyone. At this stage we're closing for 2 weeks until Monday April 6th. Will keep you posted here and on the website as things change.
