The program is suitable for beginners and also an opportunity to add depth for those who are new to yoga. ... The sessions will include asana (poses), breathing techniques & meditation practices guaranteed to leave you feeling relaxed and There will also be plenty of opportunity to address questions and queries that you may have. The classes a limited to a maximum of 5 participants and bookings are essential at a cost of $100 for the entire program with all equipment (mats, bolsters, blocks, straps etc.) provided.
