16.01.2022 The mind is a great force of energy. Constant and complex. When we stop identifying with the narratives and stories we create through thought forms, we are met with the pure energy of the mind. The contents of the mind must be expressed in a natural way, we came here for that. But more and more we can identify with the mind as a force of energy and in this way, there is a natural expansion, a natural exploration and a more subtle understanding that dawns. How the mind flows,... where the awareness goes etc. The mind, that we feel at times can inhibit and cloud truth and realisation, is the very same mind that helps us to attain truth and realisation, for the mind is an evolute of pure consciousness. Force not, love more & be ever vigilant of the activity and also the identification with narratives that take up the precious energy of the mind. Ganga Dhara

05.01.2022 Hari Om Tat Sat

05.01.2022 In Para Bhakti, which is the highest devotion, true knowledge dawns. That knowledge dissolves all duality between the Jivatma and Ishvara. Bhakti and knowledge move together. We keep having many deep, mystical and transcendental experiences along the path. But ultimately; knowledge and love must dawn to truly remove the individual veil and experience of separateness. That is where we are heading. All paths lead here. Along with our sadhana and study, we must keep inviting in ...this knowledge and inviting in this love. We do not do sadhana and we do not study the ancient scriptures to confirm duality. Of course through learning and understanding the parts of the whole, we do keep coming closer... But, you see, we already accept that we are someone different to our mother and father or children. If there is something that unites us all, it takes a lot of effort and learning to understand that kind of knowledge- a constant enquiry. How can we possibly be seperate or individual to the Lord, to the divine, to the creative force? Who and what is this awareness from which all things arise and dissolve? May we keep coming closer to the pervading awareness and may that knowledge trickle into our consciousness and may that love flow steadily in the heart. WE are That.

03.01.2022 Often when we come to the idea of renunciation, it is because the world has renounced us. We have had enough of the same patterns, the same activities, the same feelings of entrapment. However, renouncing the world in this way, is not what is meant by renunciation in the yogic sense. It is not the world that we renounce. It is the desires, the vrittis, the gunas, the karmas and samskaras. This type of renunciation is gradual and happens alongside a natural unfoldment of under...standing, expansion and purification gained through meditation, clarity of mind and open heartedness and here the practice of karma yoga becomes essential. That is to act without attachment to results. We cannot reject, suppress or hide away. Rather we see, and we meet these parts of ourselves with love. The more we keep seeing, keep accepting and keep loving, the more the collection of junk, conditioning and reactions begin to fall away. Then we enter into the spirit of renunciation. A conscious choice of where we wish to place our attention and how we wish to direct our life. Ganga Dhara
