21.01.2022 In the face of emotional distress, the effects of fight or flight response can trigger a number of neurological impulses along the spine. The vagus nerve, which forms part of the autonomic nervous system enervates most of the organs in the body. When the parasympathetic nervous system is overwhelmed, trapped emotions can adversely affect the organs.

20.01.2022 Something that we could all learn from. Someone once said to me, instead of resisting and suppressing emotion - go within and experience the feeling of the emotion so that it can be acknowledged and released. Emotion is simply energy in motion, it will pass.
