25.01.2022 So Blessed to share the Essence and Ancient teachings of Yoga at the very modern St Columba College today in Andrews Farm! I always feel a "WoW" factor when I walk into these schools/collegeges . Just how far technology has taken us in such a short time... Our children are very lucky. however in saying this , we are Living in apocalyptic times , a tale of two cities , it can be a curse or a blessing if we do not cultivate balance. ... Feel free to pm me if you prefer. I have 15 years experience working with children from 4 years and up in these areas, so have plenty of ideas and resources. It's going to be an interesting few months for the education of our students and for all of us parents too.
