23.01.2022 Dance with Nature on Sunday included a sound bath surrounded by trees and next to the water. Kookaburras came to say hello just after we had finished, filling the silence with their joyful sounds.

22.01.2022 One place is available for the weekend retreat 4-6 December in Mannum - Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. The weekend includes yin, restorative and hatha yoga, a sound bath, gong bath, nature connection and creative activities, all set in a lovely spot by the river with a small, friendly group. $315 for a private room with breakfast provided. 17.01.2022 Earlybird prices are still available until 11pm today. Dance with Nature is just one week away and the weather forecast is looking perfect, with temperature in the low 20s, sunny and light winds. And it will be the full moon! The perfect time to dance away any of the emotional build up then ground yourself in nature and experience a beautiful sound bath with the birds accompanying the gongs, singing bowls and range of other instruments. Nourish yourself to flourish.

Morning: MoveMeant dancing freedom - a shame free, shoe free, moving meditation practice Afternoon: Sound bath and nature bathing It will all be substance free, but not free of substance.

14.01.2022 One day to go. It's not too late to book in. In a beautiful little spot in the city parklands, we will connect under the trees with the 5 elements with music and movement, slowing down and being creative with natural materials. This is family friendly so kids are welcome. And if cost is a barrier, please get in touch as we want to include anybody who feels they would love to be there.

Beach yoga is on again both Tuesday ...and Thursday morning 9am 5th and 7th Jan. Please note that Tuesday morning will be right on high tide so I may move the yoga slightly further north, somewhere between the two entrances to Port Willunga Beach. 01.01.2022 Earlybird ends tomorrow for this special day situated in the beautiful parklands on the edge of the CBD. We'll be just behind Veale Gardens, surrounded by numerous trees & with a little scrubland nearby, there is quite a lot of bird and other life in the area. On the lovely grassy area we will dance and weave baskets and then wander a bit further to discover the nature of the area. An all ages and all abilities event.
