This class is for everyone - in fact last week, we had a teenager, a guy in his 20’s, a ‘Bro’ in his 30’s, a Mum in her 40’s, a yoga teacher in her 50’s and a grandma in her 70’s. Zoom is the perfect place to try yoga - there’s no comparison... just you in your lounge room with your laptop. Camera on or off - your choice! While we’re in lockdown, our Saturday class is for everyone - not just Bros... and it’s the perfect opportunity to give something new a try - in the comfort of your own home. Come on... you know you want to!
22.01.2022 It’s been a while...but it’s finally here! Our new @yoga4bros Online Program is now LIVE! THE BROS TOOLBOX FOR A CALMER LIFE offers 5 days of ‘tools’ that will help our Bros live a calmer life. The program includes a 20-minute morning stretch, a 10-minute ‘smoko/tea break’ meditation and a 20-minute bedtime deep relaxation session each day. That’s 5 days of committing to less than 60-minutes for yourself. And after 5 days, you can pick and choose your favourite parts (or keep rolling with a regular 5-day practice) and access them all for 12 months. In total, there’s 2 x movement videos, 5 x short meditation sessions and 1 x deep relaxation session. There are a bunch of videos on YouTube that I’ve recorded that are FREE, varying lengths, some yoga and some meditation....they’re there for anyone that needs them right now. I hope they help.

The people at R U OK have a mission to encourage people to connect with others - friends, family, colleagues - and have meaningful conversations with them to support them through any struggles they’re having in life. This is so aligned with my personal and business mission - I want to make yoga and meditation available to everyone as a tool to help cope with everyday stresses. Although today is all about connecting with others and checkin...g on their wellbeing, it’s also a great time to check in with yourself. When we’re under heavy stresses we often don’t take the time to quieten the chatter of your own mind and listen to how you’re feeling. So try to take 15 minutes today to sit quietly and enjoy this short meditation for yourself. Ask yourself R U OK and see how you’re coping with life right now. 10.01.2022 Remember the days when we could all be together in the one room...and enjoy a beer together afterwards... those were the days! So just when we thought we were going to get back to class, Rona had other ideas and gave us Lockdown 2.0. If anyone is interested in a good stretch and some relaxation, I’m running a class this Sunday morning at 9am online via Zoom. It’s a mixed class so bring partners, kids, dogs...whoever’s interested. In fact, the upside is you don’t compare yourself to the skinny, bendy person next to you, and you don’t have to drive anywhere to get there and hey...you don’t even have to get out of your PJ’s if you don’t want to. Dogs and cats can even get involved! So, if you’re looking for a gentle stretch, strengthen, release and relax, join me tomorrow at 9am AEST for a Zoom class. Camera on or off - whatever you’re comfy with. Complete beginners welcome - the class is suitable for all levels. Cost is $15...click on the link in bio and follow the instructions. 04.01.2022 Have you checked out our online program yet? THE BROS TOOLBOX TO A CALMER LIFE is a simple, down-to-earth program aimed at guys who have little-to-no-experience with yoga and meditation. When you sign up, you gain access to 5-days worth of movement, mindfulness and deep relaxation exercises. Ideally, the first time you do it, you’ll do 5 days straight and then after that, you have access to all of the ‘tools’ for a year so take what you need and leave what you don’t.
