25.01.2022 Sharing my feelings, thoughts, emotions, dreams, frustrations, with people you don't know was hard at the beginning. Then under your guidance, I found myself opening up, and all fears about being judged, not listened or misunderstood vanished. At the end of 8 weeks course, surrounded by Yoga Harmony community in such familiar space(attending your classes since 2016), I found myself safer, healthier, my sleep patterns improved, and the tension in my body eased. I am slowly integrating those tools I learnt to a healthy, loving and balanced life. Now I know I can heal myself. Thank you for your dedication, love and care. 23.01.2022 Working with my health clients I see requiring patterns that tie into the same root causes. Symptoms such as gas, loose stool, constipation indicate a dietary imbalance. It doesn't always mean it's the foods we eat; it could be how we eat, and when we eat, how much we eat, what we eat first.... Symptom 2 is energy, lack of drive and motivation, efficient deep sleep which indicates hormonal imbalances. Eventually, if we ignore those small signals from the body, the body becomes imbalanced and becomes sick. 10.01.2022 Triggers are caused by our subconscious mind. Our subconsciousness is formed up till our seventh year. That means it is our inner child that has been triggered. The little girl or the little boy lost its trust, love, and safety. I can speak from my own experience. I always notice a difference in my day, depending on how I spend the first hour of my day.... Here are some tips on how to get the most out of your morning. Those guidelines effect school food programs, doctors recommendations etc all across the world. The USDA hired a group of doctors and scientists to provide them with best health information. The goal was to see if edits could be made to the current food pyramid to improve people’s health further. After the experts presented their recommendations, the USDA almost completely overlooked them and held back on what could have been very helpful to hundreds of millions of people. Why? Because profit overrides health facts. And that’s why it is so vital that we take control of our own health. It is not ok to drink 14 alcoholic drinks for men and 7 drinks for women according to their recommendations each week. It is not ok to eat one cup of sugar per day. This is why we have rising diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease. We have been dumbed to accept the lesser quality of life because it has been made acceptable for us.
