20.01.2022 Hey Beautiful People, This Saturday March 17 we are doing something very special at the studio. 2 of our lovely younger guests (Stella and Shennei) will be showcasing their amazing talent at the end of the 8.30am class and again at the end of the 10.00am class in order to raise some money to pay for their travel to Belgium to represent Australia in the Junior WORLD GYMNASTIC CHAMPIONSHIPS!! 14.01.2022 Happy New Year to all. Studio is open again for all classes and we have brought 3 classes back on Fridays (0930, 1630 and 1800). Class size is again limited to 30 people so it is a very good idea to book to avoid disappointment. See on the mat - more and more please. We all need this!! Great yoga and incredible moments of wonder and spirituality in places as diverse as 9/11 Memorial in New York and the palaces and churches of the Czars in Russia. So much fun and hard work too.
