19.01.2022 Last week we worked on the glutes a little bit. Here is another exercise this time using your breath and in return letting go of stuff you don’t need at this moment, plus some nice glute work to help tighten the buttocks. Start in mountain pose ( Tadasana) inhale arms up... To the sky , exhale fold forward and take arms to The back, drawing shoulder blades towards each other ( working shoulders as well ) - repeat 5 rounds and then inhale arms up , exhale chair pose , hold for three breaths, inhale lift heels up off floor and exhale fold forward raking arms to the back. Repeat one more round finishing with an exhale into rag doll pose Enjoy
