25.01.2022 For over 20 years and while I was pregnant with my babies and throughout their life, I’ve always done yoga and the many mindset practices to connect to myself, work out who I am, what I feel and what I enjoy. To manage my mind, nervous system, breath and injuries so I can show up everyday and consistently pursue my dreams in my job, business, where I live and in love and relationships. I’m now online so you can do it from your home and bc I don’t have the overheads it’s affordable and accessible to all. I promise you will feel less bloated, sleep better, relieve achy back and hips, feel more calm and connected to yourself and nature, and that it just works. Not to mention the endless physical strength and toning benefits. 06.01.2022 This tree has engulfed this fence and post and still stands strong and healthy and vibrant and holds and gives life. It reflects to me those moments, times, incidents in life that seemed so confusing, insurmountable, unknown, painful to accept. BUT over time I’ve learned, acknowledged and realised that what was my most difficult, becomes my grit, my moment of fire, strength, determination and knowing. That it showed me I have my own back, that it showed me who I really was- t...he lesson. That I hold it within myself, it’s part of me, my form, my thread, my reference, my structure, my trunk. Knowing that it’s not my branches and leaves that continue to give and receive life and reach to the sun and stars. But it’s there to refer back to when I need. That flavour and essence that you’ve done it before and can do it again. The knowing of the cycle. To endure and breathe and feel the fear and not let it get in the way of living life despite of it.
