Designed to quieten down the mind and gently stretch the body, it will no doubt prepare you for a great night's rest!... Yoga in Altona is making the move to a brand new, currently under construction Studio!! That mean's... more classes! (and a lot of building)! Where is this new studio? It's situated at the rear of 34 Alma Avenue, Altona Meadows. It is a purpose built Yoga space with smaller class sizes to ensure that you will get the attention & care you need! What is the timetable? Glad you asked! MONDAY 6:00pm - 7:00pm Gentle Restorative Class (Currently Full) 7:15pm - 8:30pm General Class (1 space available) TUESDAY 6:30pm - 7:45pm General Evening Class (Currently Full) 8pm - 9pm Gentle Restorative Class THURSDAY 9:30am - 10:45am General Morning Class FRIDAY 6:30am - 7:30am Early Morning Class Interested? Find a Teacher that enables you to feel safe, relaxed & gives you the space to enjoy your practice. Yoga in Altona offers you your first class free, without any obligation to continue. There is no point in buying something that doesn't fit properly!! As an Altona Meadows local, I am invested in the well being of my students and feel very lucky to be a part of their individual... 04.01.2022 What a fortnight it has been at Yoga in Altona! I launched my new home studio and I haven't looked back! Thank you to all my Students who arrived on their mat with open hearts, ready to delve into another year of Yoga with me! I am truly grateful! There are still a few spots left in the Tuesday 8pm - 9pm class if you are interested, otherwise I am taking expressions of interest in another day time class (let me know)!
