When a mother kisse...s her baby, she samples the pathogens on baby’s face, which then travel to mom’s lymphatic system. Mom’s body then creates antibodies to fight those pathogens, which baby receives through breast milk. What?! 04.01.2022 I’d like to share with you the news I’ve been sitting on in readiness for the grand year of 2020. I’ve been listening to my families for years, and each year ...I add more and more to our menu of possibilities for your overall growth as parents. In 2019, we rebranded to Transform Parenting - this name captures my goal for you as you grow with your children. Our vision is to help you make the transformation and unlock your potential in this magnificent space of parenting. There’s no greater job you will ever do, and I really want to provide that support and continued learning as you go. We started with a birth program, followed up with our new parenting groups, and for the last three years we have had an incredible response to our workshops for parents of young children. Last year we also recognised that some people have very personal challenges - in maintaining our personal approach we now offer parent coaching and parenting therapy. This year, we want all our offerings under the one label to consistently reflect our values, our community and the incredible teachings we provide around human potential. After 14 years as a Calmbirth Educator, I will be leaving to launch my own birth course to reflect all our teachings from birth to parenting. I have been incredibly passionate about this stage of the parenting journey because so much of how we experience parenting starts at the beginning. Whilst birth isn’t a great amount of time, it is absolutely a catalyst for the next stage. I want the best for you all and hope you will continue to support this important work. Watch this space.
