04.01.2022 I wanted to let you know there are few changes ahead for Yogavana. Don't worry, Lisa is still offering adapted yoga classes as usual. However, you can now find all Adapted Yoga, Occupational Therapy and Bodywork services in the one place! After several years of juggling different social media outlets & websites for separate yoga and OT services I've decided to combine everything together under lisabidgood.com.au. This process of evolution will be happening over the next month.... 2020 is about transformation and simplification. Check out the new site - let me know what you think!
