I feel as though it would be careless and insensitive for me to continue at this point Stay safe. Stay home. Spend time with the ones you love. Make time for your home practice I’m so thankful for all of your support thus far and I look forward to seeing your beautiful faces soon x

15.01.2022 Hey Beautiful People As some of you may know, Two Oaks will be closing their doors~ and with that, my time teaching yoga at Two Oaks is also coming to an end. Having been able to use and share this beautiful space with you, has truly been a dream and I will be forever grateful to Ellen for giving me the opportunity and really pushing me to actually start teaching Yoga as I really don’t know if I would have, had she not offered me this space. But I’m just so very thank...ful to anyone who has ever joined me for a class for supporting me on my Yoga journey thus far. I honestly don’t have the words to express how truly thankful I am But change is beautiful and with change, comes new possibilities and opportunities But for now, please join me for one last class @two_oaks_cafe TUESDAY 30th JUNE 6PM ~ Followed by a beautiful guided 30 min meditation with @megabrit83 BYO mat if you have one.
