19.01.2022 Yoga with Heather update. Good news for those of you who have been patiently waiting for more Yoga classes to resume at The Port Macquarie Surf Life Saving Club, Flynns Beach. Monday and Friday 10-30am Vinyasa classes have already returned and the Monday 5-30pm Yin class and Wednesday 10-30am Yin class will both return from Monday 7th December and Wednesday 9th December.... Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, all classes will still need to be pre-booked and pre-paid. Bookings for the next five week block of Friday classes, are now open via the TryBooking link below. https://www.trybooking.com/BMMHZ If you have a class pass, you are welcome to use that, (or text me your BSB and A/c number, so that I can refund,) BUT, you must still pre-book. If that is your preferred option, you can message me your intention to come, so that I can verify there is sufficient space due to COVID restrictions. Look forward to seeing you back at class soon. Classes are pre booked in five week blocks via the TryBooking link. Please bring your own mat and any equipment needed as there is no sharing of equipment. Please arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to class, ready to start on time.... There will be sanitiser at the front door. Please sanitize on entry. Mats to be placed between markers on floor. All mats are 1.5mts apart. There will be no adjustments at this time. Please leave any possessions other than what you need for class away from your mat, either at the front or back of the room.
