17.01.2022 Hey lovely Yoginis As we find ourselves in quite strange, uncertain and anxious times, here’s my first effort in offering some yoga movement with love - shamefully amateur but with wholehearted enthusiasm (my motto ) At the moment in Queensland we can exercise outside, so keeping in mind social distancing and not touching surfaces (like water fountains & hand rails) a spot was found to be perfect for a morning stretch - or anytime really.... 14.01.2022 Hello Yogi Friends! Seeking donations of any value to our fundraiser for Feeding Dreams and Free to Shine in Siem Reap, Cambodia. All funds raised will go directly to both wonderful organisations. Kaz and I are heading to Cambodia next week to take on the Angkor Wat half marathon (at a leisurely pace!) and to spend time with both NGOs we are raising funds for, taking with us monies raised through our own charity yoga classes in Brisbane and Bowral. ...
