10.01.2022 Good Evening and Happy Hump Day friends <3 join us this Sunday for our last set of back-to-back yoga sessions (RSVP here https://www.facebook.com/events/188328374671855/) Going forward, we'll be holding single 90-minute sessions which will be a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Yin yoga.
