11.01.2022 OUR WEEKLY YOGA RETURNS TO NORMAL THIS WEEK. . . After a couple of weeks holiday, our Tuesday and Thursday evening yoga classes are back. .... . Jeekers, I'm super glad to be back to a routine. In all honesty, my break felt more like an intense period of work, busy-ness, travel and broken nights sleep. Our recently turned one year old, had a change in his routine with Christmas parties, visitors and late nights. My own practice of yoga was interrupted and there's nothing more grounding than picking up the momentum again, spending some time to explore the body, movement and breath.
