17.01.2022 Magic happens when women feel safe to express their true, authentic, intuitive selves. I whole heartedly believe in the power of sisterhood, whether that be through mentorship, friendship, a teacher, a parent or anybody supportive. Im so grateful to all of the women I surround myself with and feel so proud of what they achieve, everyday ... If you’re feeling like you need a sister right now, reach out to me or someone else... you are not alone. You are loved. You are supported. You are the light and you are magic @ellalucyphoto

11.01.2022 This year has taught us how to slow down.... And now, we’re heading into the most hectic and sometimes frantic month of the year. Which is why, in this week’s classes we’re talking about and cultivating slow movement, setting up that body//mind connection to remain at pace, present in the here and now, and a little bit s l o w.... And so, this week, if it resonates... I invite you to take it slow. Stay present. Just breathe. Listen. And lean back. If things feel frantic, take five minutes alone to just be you. @ellalucyphoto

07.01.2022 This gorgeous tree is now bare, she’s lost all of her leaves and is ready to embrace the cold winter months with no cover. I, on the other hand, am having a hard time knowing that there will be no escape to the northern hemisphere this winter!!! What a huge privilege that i’m so grateful to have had in the past. I’m taking my resistance as a sign to lean in, and ask myself why I hate the cold, dark and long winters here in Tassie. I’m yet to figure out a concise answer other ...than I HATE THE COLD but stay tuned... maybe I’ll find one soon . By learning to question our own dislikes and likes with a simple why? We become the facilitator of our own introspection, which may lead to transformation and change within. What seemingly normal reaction do you have to something that you can question today? . . . . . @ellalucyphoto

07.01.2022 Looking back / reflection. . . I have found recently the act of reflecting is so powerful to help me re-centre and realise how far I have come.... We are often drawn to look back at our past and wish some things were different or easier. Or perhaps you’re wishing your life was more like it used to be, simpler and carefree. I know the phrase you’re exactly where you’re meant to be is quite overused, however I feel that it is overused for a good reason. By Instantly bringing you into the moment right now, it has a way (for me anyway) of bringing things into perspective. It gives me a sense of knowing that everything’s going to be alright and that things are always changing. It makes moments feel fleeting, and allows me to feel gratitude for the past and the present. Do, Next time you’re reminiscing on the way things were, if it’s possible, I invite you to be grateful that the past was as amazing or as difficult as it was, because it’s those moments that have brought you where you are today and make you who you are today.

04.01.2022 Embracing spring with open arms and a well rested heart. Hibernating through the final month of winter helped me with so much, mentally and energetically. I listened to the calling I had which was to rest, rest, rest.... And now, refreshed and ready, I’m having a lot of insight into what my next 6-12 months will look like I’ll be Manifesting these dreams into reality with you all at my first face to face New Moon Circle since Covid in October! Would you like to join us? Comment below to register your interest, spaces will be limited to accomodate social distancing requirements

04.01.2022 Ending the Monday to Friday week with a full and open heart, listening to my own teachings of being vulnerable, sharing and allowing all those emotions to be ~felt~.
